We believe it’s a woman’s right to be empowered and equipped to recover well after having their baby. That's why our online education is as affordable as we can make it to ensure as many women as possible can have access to this transformative information. 

Joyful movement:

Follow along workouts don’t work for everyone and we believe in helping you to work at your own pace and feeling able to return to the exercise you love. We get such satisfaction from knowing we help mums get back onto their bikes, onto their yoga matts or to the barre again. Helping you reclaim joyful movement again is why we do what we do. 

Seeking further advice: 

We love being able to connect with so many mums around the UK and the world through our online course, however we can only offer individual advice for ongoing symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction, aches, pains or diastasis if you have booked a 1:1 assessment. This is because there is no one size fits all approach to treatment here so bespoke assessment and treatment are required in order to gain the best outcome.
