The Follow-Up All New Mothers Need

The fourth trimester, or first three months after birth, is a crucial time for your recovery and restoration.

Join us for a week by week, easy to follow online course. From stingy stitches and feeding posture to reclaiming some gentle movement, we cover everything you need to know to recover from birth and pregnancy well.

What to expect from this course

Using expert insight and advice from Hazel Banks, Natal Restore’s founder and UK Physiotherapist, this course will guide you through the first three months after you give birth. The postnatal period is an important one for restoring your strength and wellness after a c-section or vaginal labour.

You’ll be equipped with simple tools to help prevent or improve symptoms of incontinence, prolapse, back and pelvic pain. You'll learn how to heal your diastases and restore your stomach back to full strength. It doesn't all involve exercise!

We’ll guide you through reclaiming your sex life and give you the confidence and knowledge to have sex again, comfortably.

Everyone is different and we all love to move and exercise in different ways. We make sure we teach you, in bite-size nuggets, the principles of how to exercise safely in the postnatal period. That means you’re equipped and empowered to return to whatever workout it is you love to do, whether running, pilates, climbing or swimming! At every point we’ll make sure you know where to go for help if things aren’t progressing the way you hoped.

This course is perfectly designed to get started either before or after your baby has arrived. Learn at your leisure before your baby arrives so you can get started with your recovery straight away or be confident in the knowledge that the information is short and sweet so you can fit it in around caring for your baby.

There's no better time than now!
