Our A-Z postnatal recovery downloadable flashcards are perfect to guide you from day one to six months (and beyond!) of your postnatal recovery, all whilst helping to keep your little ones entertained! The cards are split in to 3 stages of your recovery with images that correspond with your babies level of development. Alphabet learning and various activities are suggested to help keep your toddler entertained too.

Tell me more...

If you're the kind of person who's focus is more on the children than yourself (most Mums we think!), then this pack is for you. The cards are double sided with one side dedicated to your postnatal recovery and the other to help entertain and educate your baby and toddler whilst you focus on yourself (we love a multi-use product that grows with the family!).

The cards are split in to 3 phases of your recovery:

The first phase is 0-6 weeks postnatal. At this stage the cards discuss relevant hints and tips to help with your comfort and healing. The graphics at this stage are black and white to correspond with your babies visual development. As the cards are A-Z, they can also be used to help educate your baby and toddler.

The second phase is 6-13 weeks postnatal. Again advice is relevant to your postnatal recovery at this stage, with the baby/toddler side progressing to red and green colours corresponding with your babies visual development. Activities are also suggested to help entertain your toddler while you focus on yourself.

The final phase is 13+ weeks postnatal where we discuss return to higher level exercise or activity and give take home messages to ensure you're looking after yourself too! The cards at this stage become colourful and will brighten up your babies and toddlers day too.

Printing

We recommend printing the cards double sided on paper-card of at least 200gsm as standard paper lacks durability. Depending on your printer, the front and back of the cards may not always be perfectly aligned but all content should be readable when they are cut. We suggest cutting the cards using the patterned side as a guide rather than the educational side.
